Brian Sinclair and son Richard are the guys you’re likely to see if you need a fully qualified engineer. They head the firm’s team of trained engineers and are equipped to deal with any plumbing or heating repair, installation - or emergency.

But mum Moira also has a role to play - keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring all correspondence and telephone contacts are kept up to date.
