Richard Sinclair
The younger member of the Netherlee management team, Richard Sinclair has already made his mark in the plumbing business.
Richard picked up his first major industry award while still at college (left), winning the Plumbing Excellence Award for South Lanarkshire College in 2006.
Other qualifications mean Richard is a Gas Safe Register installer in Cookers, Fires, Gas Boilers, Pipework and Water Heaters. His work is approved to standards required by the Building Regs Gas Appliances SNIJB (Scottish & Northern Ireland joint industry board for the plumbing industry).
He is qualified to SVQ level 3 Unvented Hot water Installer Bpec certification in water byelaws and the 2000 Health & Safety Training and Testing to CSCS standards.
In his spare time, Richard is the club captain at the world famous Queen's Park Football Club - Scotland's oldest senior team.
